I’ve been finding inspiration from ‘top’ chef videos. These are people who are so passionate for their craft and their business that they transcend the ‘stars’, transcend their employees, they even transcend food. They find essential human truths that are concealed in the vagaries of mankind. The combination of their observations has been inspiring and impactful on how I’m looking at business, and frankly, life right now. Looking outside the industry you are currently in can provide immense insights that can conversely be applied to your industry. This video, is a great example.
